ECOGRAF executed a binding term sheet with a major German graphite trader for natural flake graphite from the Epanko Graphite Project in Tanzania, starting at 20,000tpa from the commencement of production and doubling to 40,000tpa after the initial five years. Pricing is based on market benchmarks with a price floor, and together with the existing 20,000tpa agreement with tk accelis, the company has secured 40,000tpa of contracted sales into the European market.
Titan Mining reported 57% revenue growth and nearly four times higher adjusted EBITDA. Zentek released a new PEA for Albany Graphite showing a US$3.85 billion after-tax NPV at a 5% discount rate and a 27.4% after-tax IRR on an acid-free route to 99.9992% purity. Global Battery Materials signed a letter of agreement with five First Nations covering a potential equity investment in the Kearney Graphite Project.

Billionaire Patrice Motsepe wins another court reprieve in $195 million Tanzania graphite dispute over alleged use of confidential information
One of Africa’s most prominent mining billionaires is facing another legal test over graphite in Tanzania, where a long-running dispute over confidential business information and a $195 million damages claim has taken a fresh turn.
The High Court has struck out Pula Group’s claim against Patrice Motsepe’s ARM, though only on procedural grounds, leaving the substance of the allegations untouched. With jurisdiction upheld and the door open for fresh proceedings, this is a dispute that delays rather than ends. Legal risk remains a live factor for graphite in Tanzania.
