Key Highlights

Guizhou Kaijin New Energy Technology (贵州凯金新能源科技有限公司), one of China’s leading synthetic graphite anode producers, is reporting surging order volumes in 2026, with production lines running at full capacity and the company targeting ¥50 billion (~$7.3 billion) in output value for the full year.

In the first two months of 2026 alone, Kaijin achieved output value of nearly ¥6 billion (~$871 million), representing year-on-year growth that the company described as a strong start. The company currently operates a 100,000 tpa integrated anode material production line at its base in the Dalong Development Zone, Guizhou Province, and has established itself among Guizhou’s top 100 private enterprises.

The growth trajectory has been steep. Kaijin’s annual output value was ¥13 billion (~$1.9 billion) in 2023, rose to ¥19.1 billion (~$2.8 billion) in 2024, and surged to nearly ¥40 billion (~$5.8 billion) in 2025, representing over 200% growth in two years.

Expansion is also underway. A Phase 2 project targeting 50,000 tpa of integrated graphite anode capacity is currently under site levelling, with construction targeted to begin by end of March 2026 and phased commissioning expected around August. The expansion is expected to add 200–300 jobs. Kaijin is a subsidiary of Shenzhen-listed Kaijin Technology (深圳凯金科技), a major anode material supplier to Chinese battery cell manufacturers.
